Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, document review, or manufacturing QA in aerospace or a regulated industry
Understanding of inspection documentation, certifications, and traceability
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic document systems
U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with ITAR

Responsibilities

Review and validate e-Cert packages for hardware, subassemblies, and final assemblies
Verify completeness and accuracy of inspection records, test data, and certifications per SpaceX standards
Identify and document errors or escapes, communicating findings to Quality and Engineering
Ensure compliance with build plans, procedures, and QMS/NASA specifications
Maintain traceability between inspection results and associated hardware
Generate reports summarizing review metrics, defect trends, and improvement opportunities
