Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee manual tests for mobile applications to discover bugs and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Engineering) to solve customer issues and provide insights
  • Document findings via detailed reports and videos with clarity and precision
  • Assist the Customer Success team with comprehensive bug reports and investigations
  • Plan and execute automated mobile app testing using mechanical robots
  • Participate in meetings to contribute to process improvements and document internal workflows
  • Step into tests as a human-in-the-loop
  • Maintain and update test plan prompts for customers
