Responsibilities

Perform and oversee manual tests for mobile applications to discover bugs and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Engineering) to solve customer issues and provide insights
Document findings via detailed reports and videos with clarity and precision
Assist the Customer Success team with comprehensive bug reports and investigations
Plan and execute automated mobile app testing using mechanical robots
Participate in meetings to contribute to process improvements and document internal workflows
Step into tests as a human-in-the-loop
Maintain and update test plan prompts for customers
