Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices is required, along with experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Selenium. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automated testing is essential, as is an understanding of RESTful APIs and performance testing tools. Knowledge of testing methodologies for LLM-based systems and basic security testing principles is also necessary, along with familiarity with cloud environments.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Wander, you will establish and maintain thorough manual test procedures and design automated black box tests for web, mobile, and backend systems. You will set up and manage uptime monitoring, implement chaos engineering practices, and conduct regular penetration testing and security assessments. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a continuous integration testing pipeline, create test environments, collaborate with developers to diagnose bugs, and perform load and stress testing. You will also implement end-to-end testing scenarios, develop testing strategies for LLM-powered features, and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
