Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in the development and prioritization of improvement strategies and ROX (Rockwell Operational Excellence) quality programs as a member of the Operations Leadership Team
  • Manages all aspects of the manufacturing Quality department
  • Create and manage the Quality and ROX programs within the manufacturing processes to include continuous improvement, training systems, process controls, and manufacturing Quality planning
  • Prioritize and manage manufacturing Quality department objectives and projects
  • Interface with the Operations Leadership team and other RA personnel to establish the business objective
  • Collaborates with engineering teams, business partners and other quality functions in order to influence the manufacturing of our products
  • Ensures that quality is built into our processes
