Basic understanding and knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques; ability to create and support an environment that meets quality goals
Basic understanding and knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and communicate non-conformance data to relevant stakeholders
Maintain quality system documentation and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with manufacturing team members to identify root causes of quality issues and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Investigate and resolve nonconformances across purchased, finished, rough, and interplant materials
Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
Deliver monthly quality reports to cross-functional teams, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities
