Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and communicate non-conformance data to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain quality system documentation and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team members to identify root causes of quality issues and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Investigate and resolve nonconformances across purchased, finished, rough, and interplant materials
  • Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver monthly quality reports to cross-functional teams, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities
