Requirements

Ability to work with users and quality team to create or revise QMS documents in SharePoint repository
Knowledge of version control, document traceability, and archival of obsolete documents
Experience coordinating change requests with process owners and administering QMS change management processes (e.g., CAPA)
Proficiency in advising document authors on QMS framework, including templates and document IDs
Skills in reviewing draft procedures for formal properties, providing feedback, and finalizing changes
Capability to initiate and run review/approval workflows per QMS governance
Ability to resolve technical problems and organizational bottlenecks while maintaining QMS integrity
Experience updating QMS documents to support process owners and business transformation plans
Ability to define and document quality assurance processes
Training skills for employees on document control procedures and QMS repository use
Proficiency in monitoring repository usage, implementing improvements for usability and compliance
Experience supporting, tracking, and overseeing QMS Change Control processes
Skills in administering audit follow-up activities, monitoring issue closure, and reporting indicators
Ability to act as deputy for QMS Manager, taking over specific tasks during absences

Responsibilities

Support authors in initiating QMS documents in SharePoint (e.g., selecting templates, assigning document IDs)
Review QMS documents for formal correctness and edit for minor formal corrections
Route documents for approval and manage approval workflows
Update suites of QMS documents per process owners' or QMS Manager's requirements, including for business transformations
Help authors with general questions on QMS SharePoint site usage
Maintain the structure of the global LCS QMS
Update entire QMS SharePoint site (layout, links, announcements) in collaboration with global QCE/QMS Managers
Manage publication of new QMS versions, or act as backup to global QMS Manager
Maintain archived QMS versions
Support the Change Control process throughout the LCS QMS
Support regional quality leads in driving local quality programs
Provide professional guidance to business and delivery teams
Train employees on document control procedures and QMS repository system
Monitor repository usage and implement improvements for usability and compliance
Track and oversee QMS Change Control processes and audit follow-up activities (e.g., issue closure, reporting indicators)
