Equivalent of an associate's degree in a relevant field such as Laboratory Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a QC laboratory setting
Strong knowledge of calibration procedures and equipment maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Familiarity with GMP guidelines and regulations is highly desirable
Proficiency in Italian and English

Responsibilities

Perform internal calibrations on QC laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC, Micro-centrifuge, Osmometer, Balance)
Coordinate external calibration activities performed by vendors, ensuring timely and accurate calibrations
Maintain detailed records of all calibration activities to ensure traceability and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise
Collaborate with the QC team to ensure equipment is available and functioning properly for laboratory operations
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including GMP guidelines
