Deep experience in a QA leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling QA practices within a web-based SaaS environment

Responsibilities

Act as a QA advocate across the technology division, promoting a quality-first mindset
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development and delivery process
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences regarding QA activities, findings, and risks
Define and establish QA processes, standards, and metrics for all stages of our lean software development lifecycle
Identify and introduce appropriate QA tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Build and maintain a robust automated testing framework
Establish and track key quality metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
