Requirements

1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile and/or web application testing
BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (freshers with experience/training in Quality Engineering and Automation welcome)
Strong technical skills in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Robot, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG)
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Java or Python
Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in VoIP, telecommunications, or related communication technologies (significant plus)

Responsibilities

Define the scope of functional testing based on application complexity and criticality
Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and continuous execution
Execute tests across a wide range of browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure comprehensive coverage
Analyze test results, debug issues, track defects, and collaborate closely with developers to see them through to resolution
Generate comprehensive test reports, including execution summaries, defect tracking, and coverage metrics to provide clear insights into product quality
