Responsibilities

Perform manual testing on APIs, SDKs, mobile (iOS/Android), and web applications, especially on real devices for biometric and document validation
Investigate issues using logs, developer tools, and test environments; collaborate with developers to support debugging
Write and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and reports to ensure consistent and thorough test coverage
Contribute to high-quality releases across multiple environments and platforms by reporting bugs and verifying fixes
Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to clarify requirements, understand use cases, and validate functionality
Actively participate in team discussions to improve QA workflows and share knowledge
Be available for on-site testing in Belgrade when needed, especially for physical device testing
