Requirements

Proven experience working in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of network operations and system administration
Knowledge of fault tolerance, multi-tenancy, and concepts such as load balancers and proxies
Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity Management solutions
Solid experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server)
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker)
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure

Responsibilities

Conduct testing of web-based console applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-level software
Set up and configure testing tools to meet testing objectives, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality
Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and Confluence
Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing progress
Set up testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify and resolve quality assurance bottlenecks and improve processes
Ensure that all testing efforts align with best practices in enterprise software quality assurance
