Requirements

  • Proven experience working in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of network operations and system administration

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing of web-based console applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-level software
  • Set up and configure testing tools to meet testing objectives, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality
  • Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and Confluence
  • Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing progress
  • Set up testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify and resolve quality assurance bottlenecks and improve processes
  • Ensure that all testing efforts align with best practices in enterprise software quality assurance
