Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience in manual and automated testing
  • Solid understanding of test automation tools (preferably Cypress, Postman)
  • Good knowledge of databases and data handling (e.g., MongoDB, SQL, Parquet files)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and agile practices
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working across various topics
  • Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communicator, able to challenge and collaborate with POs and developers

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an end-to-end testing strategy covering manual and automated tests (Cypress, Postman, Bitbucket pipeline, Testrail)
  • Define and challenge acceptance criteria and product specs for clarity and testability
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to deliver high-quality, user-focused features
  • Perform exploratory manual testing and develop automated test suites for regression and integration
  • Work with data to validate business rules and ensure data integrity
  • Track bugs, report issues clearly, and push for effective resolutions
  • Propose new ideas, tools, and processes to continuously improve quality and efficiency
  • Be a quality advocate, ensuring client expectations remain central to all testing efforts
