Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced certifications in AI or cloud technologies are a plus
5+ years of professional experience in technology roles with a focus on data engineering, software engineering, or applied AI applications; experience in financial services is a plus
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native architecture (Google Cloud preferred); familiarity with various technologies across the technical stack is advantageous
Experience leading or mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative development
Demonstrated interest in or experience with Generative AI
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with flexibility to adapt to new technologies
Proficiency in English required
Strong cross-functional communication skills and leadership experience
Proven track record of hands-on technical expertise, particularly with cloud services and collaborative development

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable platform applications that support data-driven decision-making and research processes
Lead and mentor engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovation-focused culture
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, understand needs, and enhance platform capabilities
Explore and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, into our applications to unlock new capabilities
Prioritize maintainability, scalability, and observability across the platform
