Responsibilities

  • Support short-term and long-term financial planning to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Provide financial insights, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and deliver recommendations to PWS Finance and PWS Leadership
  • Develop and maintain detailed forecasting models, structured across clusters and product categories, BUs for comprehensive analysis
  • Conduct scenario planning and in-depth scenarios to assess the financial implications of strategies and external factors, supporting informed decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, and cross-functional teams to update forecasts and reflect initials, actual business performance and market conditions & trends
  • Analyze and review financial statements to identify key drivers, variances and trends impacting business performance
  • Deliver detailed insights and root cause analysis of variances
  • Support the preparation of comprehensive presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Oversee the preparation and ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Ensure that all financial reporting and business operations adhere to relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal controls (Royalty Contract, Inventory Reserves, Deferred Revenue etc.)
  • Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory agencies
  • Act as the key financial liaison between the PWS and B2B teams, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Facilitate collaborative decision-making process to drive alignment & seamless coordination on B2B channel strategy execution and commercial planning for the PWS categories
  • Provide essential financial insights to guide strategic decisions, including pricing strategies and portfolio optimization (SKU management, End-of-Life planning)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor financials, and risks to drive informed initiatives
  • Monitor, analyze and report the marketing investment budgets, and local operating expenses of the category and regions
  • Collaborate with Operations & R&D to optimize costs, improve margins, control spending and inventory drivers (COGS, E&O, freight, rework, etc.)
