Degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial automation and instrumentation, etc., or demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator position with 1 year of relevant plant experience
Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills; proactive, honest, teamwork-oriented, and hard-working
Higher understanding of security/safety

Facilitate compliance with AP EH&S standards in Purification Plant operations to improve performance and achieve zero injuries
Execute site routine patrol inspections to discover and eliminate potential safety hazards, ensuring safe, efficient plant operation in compliance with contractual requirements and on-stream guarantees
Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements
Handle emergency matters in Purification Plant led by Lead Operator according to Emergency Program, and follow Deputy Lead Operator’s orders to recover tripped or emergency shutdown units
Record daily/monthly production reports
Attend safety meetings, execute routine safety audits (e.g., APSAM, SIP, BSP, SWP, CI, safety action training), and write safety reports
Drive continuous improvement and share best operation practices at the plants
Train new operating staff for the Purification Shift Ops Team
