Requirements

Currently enrolled full-time student at an accredited university
Student of Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferable more than 75% of the career completed)
Excellent knowledge of English (B2+); Portuguese is a plus
Microsoft Package / Mid or Advanced Excel skills
Very good analytical skills
Excellent team player mindset

Responsibilities

Assist with the PO creation process
Collaborate with the Vendor Master Data team, AP team, and invoice processors to resolve payment errors efficiently
Follow up with suppliers not confirming POs in a timely fashion, preventing delivery delays or additional blocked invoice issues
Know the controls and audits that apply to the operation and work aligned to the requirements of each control
Perform follow-ups to aid in the timely closing of outstanding items
Provide support to suppliers and internal stakeholders by addressing issues and escalations
Participate in regular business-driven meetings to observe and contribute
Work with team members to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions
Help maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Contribute to process improvement projects
Support compliance efforts by contributing to organizational regulations, SOX, and Internal Audit controls
