Requirements

  • Ability to travel between job sites daily

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned punch list and finish work including drywall patching, caulking, paint touch-ups, and minor carpentry repairs
  • Repair or replace interior finishes such as trim, baseboards, moldings, and cabinetry components
  • Perform final prep tasks including vent hood and window screen installation, filter changes, and general cleanup
  • Follow all Van Metre field procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
  • Communicate progress, material needs, and issues promptly to Field Managers
  • Assist with quality checks and homeowner walkthrough preparation as directed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
