Position Overview

Voodoo is seeking a talented individual to join their high-performing Gaming team. This role is crucial in building Voodoo's presence and success in the Chinese market by partnering with local studios to create and launch hit mobile games.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strong local network of studios in the Chinese market.
  • Act as the primary representative of Voodoo in China.
  • Partner with top local studios to develop and launch games.
  • Manage games throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial ideation to scaling.
  • Collaborate exclusively with 15 studios on ideation, prototypes, and iteration.
  • Own multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter.
  • Manage game Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Serve on Voodoo's front line for product management and games publishing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Top-tier consulting firm, Top-tier Investment Banking, Start-up).
  • Ability to work autonomously and a drive to build a business from the ground up.
  • Ambition and a desire to grow with the business.
  • Passion for consumer products and/or gaming.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • A passion outside of work (e.g., art and crafts, music).
