Responsibilities

- Wspieranie działań zespołu AP poprzez: analizę danych i kont AP oraz raportów dostarczanych przez zespół procesujący faktury lub dostawcę, współpracę z zakładem i zespołem AP w celu zapewnienia prawidłowego zrozumienia procesu, zapewnienie prawidłowości procesu, kompleksowa kontrola nad kluczowymi dostawcami (proces E2E), zapewnienie wsparcia w zakresie potwierdzeń sald, zaległości w płatnościach, dostarczanie dostawcom wymaganej dokumentacji
- Koordynacja i realizacja pilnych płatności zgodnie z procedurą obowiązującą w danym kraju
- Niezwłoczne i rzetelne wykonywanie czynności zleconych przez przełożonego
- Zorientowanie na zmniejszenie liczby zapytań od tego samego dostawcy
- Aktywne podejście do wykonywanego zadania; staranna analiza występujących problemów w celu wskazania przyczyny problemu i zaproponowania działań naprawczych w celu uniknięcia ponownego wystąpienia podobnych incydentów
