Requirements

Candidates must be a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with at least 2 years of clinical management experience, preferably with remote healthcare teams. Expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, is essential. Experience with provider recruitment, training, team development, quality improvement, and performance management is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with virtual platforms and EHRs, and possess the ability to track KPIs and execute initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Manager will lead and improve the medical program, supervising a team of 40-60 contract PMHNPs and driving operational improvements. Responsibilities include leading provider recruitment and hiring, developing and delivering training programs, conducting quality assurance through chart reviews and performance tracking, and executing retention strategies for medical team satisfaction. The role also involves partnering with the Chief Medical Officer on strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient and provider experience, and providing 5-7 hours of direct patient care weekly for patients experiencing PMADs.
