Requirements

Passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care for children with complex medical conditions
Dynamic personality and knack for developing good interpersonal relationships
Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to move through various medical environments (hospitals, doctors' offices, pharmacies)
Familiarity with several types of providers (e.g., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners); pediatrics preferred
6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in a medical or healthcare field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; proficiency with CRM software preferred
Access to reliable transportation
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory and market (primary location Kansas City, MO; frequent travel up to 50% in Greater Kansas City area)
Availability for Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT schedule, with some weekends for conferences/events

Responsibilities

Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territory or specific market/specialized population
Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions
Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in territory
Provide input on central engagement strategies based on on-the-ground experience
Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making; work with Director on broader, systematic challenges
Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition
Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs
Mentor and support new and associate-level team members
Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
Travel within territory and market for team member support and relationship building (expected 75% of time)
Independently develop and maintain relationships with health plans
Serve as ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics to enroll eligible patients and families in app-based care model
