Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (or a relevant engineering degree) with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
Experience turning conceptual designs into physical parts/assemblies
Experience with creating parts, assemblies, and engineering drawings with CAD software such as NX (preferred) or Solidworks
Extensive hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and/or machine shop tools

Responsibilities

Design, commission, and troubleshoot test fixtures and rigs
Support the mechanical and electrical design, procurement, manufacturing, and assembly of test fixtures and harnesses
Integrate flight hardware and commission test fixtures
Collaborate with test engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and automate test assets
Get familiar with the architecture of test assets, aircraft subsystems, and team processes
