Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is essential, along with excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
The Proposal Coordinator will support Proposal Managers by ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions, managing FOIA requests, and conducting competitive analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining the bid library, coordinating lessons learned reviews, writing and formatting proposal content, liaising with internal departments for input and approvals, tracking submission schedules, and supporting Salesforce reporting.
