Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, managing multiple apartment buildings simultaneously
Proficiency in operating AppFolio and other management or accounting software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Capability to visit different sites for inspections and maintain regular communication with tenants
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively

Responsibilities

Manage regular move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections, tenant information collection, and deposit handling
Utilize AppFolio to manage customer data, maintenance requests, contracts, and related issues throughout the rental process
Assign work orders and collaborate with maintenance technicians to inspect properties, supervise repairs, and maintain property units, common areas, and amenities to fulfill tenant requests
Communicate with landlords and vendors to advance the completion of maintenance and repair progress
Conduct property visits to ensure all sites and communities are properly maintained and to anticipate potential issues
Establish effective communication and maintain good relationships with tenants by addressing and resolving complaints
Handle correspondence with vendors, owners, and other organizations to discuss and schedule minor construction issues and other matters
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
