Requirements

Strong experience with HVAC systems in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or similar environments
Background in electrical work, equipment repair, or building systems
Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight
5–7 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years in domain experience (property management, F&B, hospitality, malls, hotels)
Ability to manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain high operational standards
