Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
Current Real Estate sales license in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain within six months of employment
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build and maintain professional relationships
Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies
Commitment to proactive and responsive customer service for diverse needs
Ability to adapt to change and take on new initiatives positively
Proficiency with technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) for data/metrics and customer insights
Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration
Highly developed negotiation and management skills
Strong financial reporting background
Preferred: Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes

Manage customer relationships by providing clear communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs or maintenance
Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
Identify additional revenue opportunities by understanding and aligning Prologis value-added products/services (e.g., Prologis Essentials) to customer needs
Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
Ensure safe and well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
Ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio through strong financial reporting
