Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues
Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards
Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control
Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets
Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently
