Requirements

8+ years of solid professional work experience (e.g., retail, restaurants, hospitality, administrative roles, department managers, office management, operations)
Developed skills in areas such as customer service, administration, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, insurance, budgets, financials, legal matters, vendor management (helpful but not all required)
Customer-centric positive attitude, extreme ownership of tasks, team player, coachable, highly organized, accountable, fantastic multi-tasker
Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year)
High-level organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience and knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to catch on to other business computer systems
Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills
Some experience and knowledge of financial statements and budgets
Comfortable with public speaking in small and large meetings
Great conflict resolution skills
Availability for after-hour emergencies

Responsibilities

Passionately live the Same Day Response Policy
Engage with board members and homeowners in your community
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations
Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings
Handle vendor relations, including the bidding and project management process
Consult with other departments in support of your communities
Manage risk, insurance, and litigation support
Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations
Be available for after-hour emergencies
Additional tasks as necessary
Act as liaison between HOA’s board of directors, homeowners, and vendors
Take ultimate ownership in completing all tasks and projects
Serve as a customer service champion
Operate your portfolio of communities with a positive attitude
