  • Proficiency in PropertyMe or similar property management software
  • Experience with Airtable or other database management tools
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Calendar
  • Experience working with an Australian client (a plus)

  • Process the Form 6
  • Prepare Lease Agreement and Lease Renewal
  • Communicate with Job/Repairs Request Management
  • Manage Job Management - Tenants and Landlords Communication
  • Handle Change of Tenancy (Communication)
  • Prepare Entry Notices
  • Respond to Rental References
  • Perform Other Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Support Sales: New Listing, Open Home, and Buyer Data
  • Send Thank you Emails after open homes
  • Match any buyer with properties owned in the area – link them in CRM
  • Create / Designing Social Media tiles, newsletters, and sales proposal
  • Digital Marketing for Facebook and Google Ads
