Analytical mindset with enjoyment of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and transactions
Self-starter with ability to prioritize assignments and use sound judgement in decision-making
Currently a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full-time, pursuing a Master's or Undergraduate degree

Responsibilities

Gather data and evaluate valuation models for current and future acquisition and development projects; identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed transactions; provide timely analyses and document assumptions and scenarios
Monitor and track project data including contracts, schedules, budgets, and cash-flows on an ongoing basis
Assist in the preparation and compilation of due diligence reports for potential acquisitions, including materials, budgets, financial models, market reports, and schedules
Work closely with construction and acquisitions teams to evaluate construction costs and risks of potential new developments; learn factors considered before significant investments
Take part in the development of all aspects of preconstruction
