Requirements
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager in infrastructuur, met focus op projecten en bij voorkeur DVM
- Kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV-GC, DBFM en prestatiecontracten
- Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en complexe projecten
- Strategisch inzicht, overtuigingskracht en een hands-on mentaliteit
Responsibilities
- Leidt complexe projecten binnen Dynamisch Verkeersmanagement – van intake tot oplevering
- Vertaalt klantvragen naar slimme, haalbare oplossingen en adviseert in tendertrajecten
- Optimaliseert processen en contractuitvoering binnen de PMC DVM
- Is sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers én interne stakeholders
- Bouwt mee aan de strategische ontwikkeling van Vialis binnen het domein DVM en mobiliteit
