- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager in infrastructuur, met focus op Beheer & Onderhoud (B&O), voorkeur op tunneltechniek
- Kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV-GC, DBFM en prestatiecontracten
- Ervaring met het aansturen van complexe projecten
- Strategisch inzicht en visie om een organisatie mee te nemen in verandering en groei
- Kennis van tunneltechnische installaties en beheer & onderhoud
Responsibilities
- Leiding geven aan complexe onderhoudsprojecten van tunneltechnische installaties, van intake tot oplevering
- Adviseren in tendertrajecten en vertalen van klantvragen naar slimme, haalbare oplossingen
- Optimaliseren van processen en contractuitvoering binnen de PMC Tunnels
- Optreden als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers en interne stakeholders
- Bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling van Vialis binnen het domein Beheer & Onderhoud
