Requirements

Understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
Strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
Professional degree, preferably in a back office and/or client services field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent relationship building
Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Fluency in written and spoken English; German is beneficial

Responsibilities

Create Links Reports based on client supplied information
Request Translation and/or Regulatory review from external vendor
Create or double check Translations Work Order in ATLAS or client specific software
Maintain the client specific ATLAS client library
Create or upload Kit List
Place Label/booklets orders for manufacturing
Log client approved Links Reports into the System (CMAP)
Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas
Perform other job-related instructions, duties, tasks, or responsibilities as requested by the team leader or manager
