Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction is required, with structured cabling experience being preferred. Three years of supervisory or training experience, including work assignment organization and scheduling, are also necessary. BICSI Certified Technician and PMI CAPM designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Project Superintendent will oversee a team of field operations personnel executing data center installation projects, combining a senior trade skillset with basic project management methods. They will be accountable for achieving jobsite productivity, ensuring high-quality work results, and delivering value to the customer. The role involves following safe work practices, supporting meetings and trainings, working with scheduling, conducting site walks, strategizing resource allocation, developing training materials, and proactively enhancing data center technical standards. Minimal overnight travel may be required.
