Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and monitoring new product development projects and ongoing lifecycle management of diabetes products
  • Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to maintain schedules and dashboards
  • Develop, build, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrating multiple sub-project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) or other scheduling methodologies to ensure accurate planning and execution
  • Perform advanced schedule analysis, including critical path identification, float analysis, resource constraints, and bottleneck detection to improve predictability and delivery performance
  • Conduct schedule what-if scenario planning and recovery analysis to optimize timelines and mitigate delays
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and adherence to established processes and regulatory standards
  • Support project risk management processes, assess schedule impacts, and recommend schedule optimization strategies
  • Facilitate program planning meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items to closure
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Product Innovation group and PMO processes
  • Support project planning/scheduling aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and recommend interventions to resolve issues with project managers, line managers, and clients
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure engagement and alignment with business objectives
