Appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (a Master Degree is recommended)
Solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes and their application
Fluently English and Italian
Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry (desired)
Flexible to customer demands (available to travel on short notice)
Onsite in Florence and Massa

Responsibilities

Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements
Working in collaboration with the Project Manager and supporting functions to timely manage risks and the relevant mitigation plan
Managing the non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build effective relationships
Preparing and presenting quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers
Monitoring the punch list during the scope of supply execution to achieve zero punch list at shipment
Preparing and delivering quality documents and certification book to customer
Driving On Time Delivery of quality documents and certification book to customer, Feeding continuous learning nurturing Lesson Learned process and application
