Experience with triaging requests and resolving escalations is essential, alongside the ability to identify and document process improvements.
The Project & Program Manager III will triage GCP capacity quota increase requests, resolve outstanding requests with partner teams, identify and document process efficiencies, resolve GCP capacity support escalations, process feedback from account teams, process new exception requests, prepare weekly performance metrics, support customer quota requests during key events, handle ad-hoc tasks, and contribute to a regional handover process.
