Requirements

  • Completion of Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Class A office buildouts
  • Experience with financial renovations
  • Experience with ground-up buildings

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the successful and profitable completion of projects
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout projects
  • Work with Division Managers to set operational sales goals and prepare quarterly and annual sales projections
  • Generate opportunities, industry partnerships, and vendor agreements
  • Lead Division Manager(s) on all phases of the LV department (Estimating, Preconstruction, Construction, and Service)
  • Review and approve major bids, agreements, and complicated designs
  • Represent the company values with customers, vendors, and other business partners
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
  • Develop budgets for assigned divisions and monitor against the annual baseline budget
  • Seek out and act on opportunities to continuously improve
  • Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports
  • Provide a vision of specific strategy in the Low Voltage/Systems market
  • Always display the Company Core Values (our 5 Points) and Mission Statement, leading by example
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to assigned Division Managers and General Superintendent
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating conditions of assigned divisions
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing Low Voltage personnel
  • Responsible for performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations of Low Voltage personnel
