Significant experience in a large-scale project management architecture or construction management environment
Experience in shipbuilding, cruise ships, or themed entertainment
Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and collaborate across diverse teams
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, including communications for executive management
Ability to read and coordinate drawings and 3D using the Autodesk suite
Strong knowledge of project management capabilities
Expert user of MS Office suite (especially using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to guide project team towards resolution of issues through strong facilitation skills, including Designers, Architects and Construction Managers
Ability to influence senior management in decision making regarding complex issues
Ability to maintain positive relationships with studios, WDI partners, vendors, and consultants
Ability to influence commercial and schedule issues through clear identification of critical issues and drivers, thoughtful analysis, and well-articulated positions
Confidence in guiding teams in a highly matrixed and international environment
A collaborative spirit and a passion for storytelling through design
Preferred: A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager on all aspects of project management, from scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery; under minimal supervision
Set priorities and provide direction to project teams
Develop integrated delivery strategies, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Lead change management and risk mitigation and contingency efforts
Prepare and negotiate basic contracts and manage contractor compliance
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to influence timelines and outcomes
Develop the Capital Authorization Requests
Track project documentation and ensure quality deliverables
