Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, product management, or a founder/early team member role, demonstrating proven experience in managing complex projects and/or small teams. They should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, coupled with excellent English writing and communication skills, and a comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to learn quickly across domains, as well as US Company experience.

Responsibilities

As a RevOps Lead, the individual will own and execute projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery; define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for their vertical, continuously refining strategy based on learnings; work closely with product, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure delivery; understand user needs, gather feedback, and conduct market research to identify opportunities; optimize systems, processes, and workflows within the vertical to maximize efficiency and impact; regularly report on progress, challenges, and KPIs to senior leadership; list building, lead generation, and using tools and data to ensure plans are on track and/or communicating effectively.
