The Junior Project Manager Intern should be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, possess strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus, and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges is required.
The Junior Project Manager Intern will provide administrative support to the PMO team, organizing and scheduling project meetings, maintaining project documentation and records, preparing project status reports, following up with stakeholders on task completion and deadlines, and supporting the preparation of reports and assisting in meetings. They will also assist in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope, offering mentorship and guidance from senior project managers, and potentially contributing to real-world projects and business processes.
