Manage one or more intermediate and/or complex projects, up to highest-level complexity or a program area, within a matrix team environment
Provide leadership, direction, training, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects safely, efficiently, economically, and with risk balance to achieve short/long-range goals and maximum customer satisfaction
Provide project transparency and develop relationships/communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal/external customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, vendors, industry peers) for sound business decisions
