Responsibilities

  • Controlling the timelines and quality of CUSTOM partner integrations (quality criteria: project deadlines, partner feedback on project launch)
  • Optimization of processes in order to achieve optimal (minimum possible) time of solution delivery to the partner (defining and monitoring team metrics, defining a strategy to improve the metric and its implementation)
  • Communication with Partner and internal stakeholders to clarify scope of work, timelines, prioritization of tasks related to Partner's custom integrations
  • Being on top of all relevant internal and external product knowledge
  • Estimation of effort (together with the team) and implementation timeframe
  • Conducting kick-off custom integrations for stakeholders
  • Assemble timelines for projects that need to be executed
  • Monitor and check industry-standard tools and knowledge and share it with the department
  • Ensure that company-wide projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Support task prioritization
