Responsibilities

The Project Manager will facilitate multidisciplinary project teams, interface with various departments within the company, meet client and management expectations, establish strong faculty relationships, and ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters. They will be responsible for budget development, maintenance and reconciliation, managing external suppliers, keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives, providing ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s), and resource management, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and faculty members, maintaining professional communications, ensuring client expectations are met, establishing a strong knowledge of client organizations and products, developing new project budgets, contributing to new business development, and scheduling and conducting project meetings.
