Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering sessions to clarify network or systems service needs and issue targeted RFIs when necessary
  • Lead technical assessments across multiple disciplines to evaluate network or systems standard requirements and implementation feasibility
  • Analyze RFC requirements and provide strategic recommendations aligning network service delivery with business objectives
  • Proactively drive coordination across multiple network and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions on schedule
  • Develop comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and schedule impact assessments, negotiating technical trade-offs for optimal outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret and execute projects per standard workflows, supporting engineering review boards and ensuring compliance
  • Ensure end-to-end systems integration and convert customer requirements into total systems solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints
  • Execute comprehensive technical analysis including functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, and requirements allocation to produce hardware/software specifications
  • Create and maintain technical documentation at program- and user-levels following industry and contractual standards
  • Identify and implement process optimization opportunities consistent with customer guidance, cost savings, and system architecture objectives
  • Conduct complex systems analysis and study requirements to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Task Leads, Project Managers, and clients to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality standards while maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Orchestrate internal resources for seamless project execution and delivery of excellence
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, monitor KPIs, track progress using agile methodologies and tools
  • Prepare executive-level status reports and identify mitigation strategies for project roadblocks
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning across multiple service areas to identify, assess, and resolve RIOs
  • Provide specialized support in technical writing, document integration, and preparation of client-ready presentations and deliverables
  • Manage data governance and reporting, including collecting, analyzing, and publishing information and statistics
