Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, or transition roles, preferably within Finance Shared Services or GBS environments
  • Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale projects and transitions in a multinational finance organization
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.) and data analysis platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to drive consensus and manage diverse global teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects
  • GBS/multinational experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and optimization projects within Finance Operations, from initiation through execution to closure
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Drive multiple concurrent projects, managing resources, risks, and dependencies across global teams
  • Act as a change agent, supporting business leaders in the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working
  • Partner with functional leaders, Global Process Owners, and Service Delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and execute transformation initiatives
  • Provide expert project management support to the Enablement team and all business towers, including Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Lead transition projects within Finance Operations, including migrations, process redesigns, and system implementations
  • Apply best practices from previous transition and transformation management office experience to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption
  • Support continuous improvement activities, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting mechanisms
  • Utilize advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) to track progress, manage risks, and report outcomes
  • Maintain a central repository of project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Drive regular cadence and a drumbeat across the projects and workstreams
  • Support the rollout and adoption of automation (RPA, GenAI) and digital initiatives, collaborating with RPA CoE and EIT teams
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through enablement programs and workshops
