  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Saronic’s strategic goals
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records, ensuring accessibility to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Conduct market research and analysis on potential sites for expansion and assess their feasibility
  • Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status and updates
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Expansion team and across the organization
  • Track timelines related to real estate acquisitions, incentive management, and the integration of new sites
