  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Conduct market research and analysis on potential sites for expansion and assess their feasibility
  • Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status and updates
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Expansion team and across the organization
  • Track timelines related to real estate acquisitions, incentive management, and the integration of new sites
