Proficiency in Clune established systems and technology
Ability to prepare accurate and timely budgets, bids, scope reviews, and level trade partner bids
Experience in project cost control, including monitoring general conditions, labor, monthly billing, and validating change pricing
Capability to write accurate and complete subcontracts, ensure timely execution, and obtain certificates of insurance from trade partners
Heavy coordination skills with superintendents, including frequent site visits
Supervisory responsibilities over Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or Intern
Participation in RFP responses, developing presentations, and pitching
Mentoring Interns, Project Engineers, and APMs, and role modeling professionally
Attendance at career fairs, client/industry events, and networking for business development

Responsibilities

Active participation in RFP responses, including developing presentations and participating in the pitch
Ensure effective internal team communication flow
Ensure timely and effective communication with trade partners and the design team
Ensure effective document control reporting and communication flow to the client
Prepare accurate and timely budgets and bids, scope reviews, leveling of trade partner bids, and participate in pricing presentations to the client
Manage project cost control, including monitoring general conditions and labor, managing monthly billing, and reviewing/validating trade partner change pricing
Minimize risk by ensuring accurate and complete subcontracts are written and executed timely with prequalified trade partners, and obtaining certificates of insurance
Heavy coordination with superintendent, including frequent site visits to monitor onsite progress
Ensure effective and efficient project closeout, including documentation to owner, punchlist completion, and accurate financial closeout
Support project Team Lead with client retention by adding value in preconstruction, contributing to successful buyout, accurate cost forecasting, timely billings, and receivables tracking
Participate in business development and client relationship management by attending industry events, networking, and developing relationships with clients and designers
Utilize Clune systems and technology proficiently for efficient, high-standard work
Attend career fairs and client/industry events
Contribute to company growth by participating in the intern program and mentoring Interns, Project Engineers, and APMs
Role model professionally for Interns, Project Engineers, and APMs
