Requirements

  • Experience in the Aeronautics and Defense sector, ideally in positions related to Customer Services (Flight operations, Maintenance, Repair, Spares management, Upgrades & Retrofits, Aftersales…)
  • First successful experience in digital project management (ideally in an IT transformation context)
  • Strong skills in project scoping and stakeholder alignment
  • Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Project scoping: define objectives, scope, deliverables, and schedule
  • Stakeholder alignment: ensure coherence of needs and priorities between business teams, technical teams, and clients
  • Requirements gathering and analysis: facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, formalize expectations
  • Project management: coordinate teams for the design and implementation of digital solutions
  • Monitoring and reporting: ensure transparency with sponsors and project teams
