The Healthcare Construction Project Manager will coordinate and oversee facility construction and renovation projects from design through completion, managing contractors, tracking project timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal departments, and handling procurement of furniture and equipment. They will ensure projects meet healthcare standards, licensing requirements, and organizational goals, conducting regular site visits, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to specifications, preparing and maintaining project documentation, and supporting project closeout processes.
